Payment & Refund Policy

• Once a deposit/payment has been successfully added to your panel balance, it cannot be reversed or withdrawn.
• Deposited funds must be used for purchasing services available on Numan Digital Wave.
• Orders that have already started processing or completed are generally not eligible for cancellation or refund.
• If an order cannot be delivered due to a technical or service issue, an eligible refund may be issued as panel balance.
• Orders placed with an incorrect, invalid, or wrong link are not eligible for a refund.

Refill & Non-Drop Policy

• Refill is available only for services that specifically include a refill guarantee.

• If multiple providers or servers are used simultaneously on the same account, page, post, video, or link, accurate delivery and refill tracking may not be possible.
• Numan Digital Wave is not responsible for drops caused by social media updates, account restrictions, bans, deletions, platform changes, or activity from other providers.
• For accounts/pages that already have a very large number of followers, likes, views, or other metrics, refill eligibility may be affected because the source of a drop cannot always be determined.
